摘　　要：改进的铜阳极板铜模浇铸机在生产中成功应用,有效杜绝了行车浇铸铜模夹渣及分层情况,铜模表面平整,铜阳极板铜模物理合格率提高至99%以上,提高铜模生产安全系数和铜模寿命,大幅度降低劳动强度,提高了作业生产效率和金属直收率.The improved copper anode plate copper mold casting machine has been successfully applied in the production,effectively eliminating the slag inclusion and delamination of the driving casting copper mold.The surface of the copper mold is flat,the physical pass rate of the copper anode plate copper mold is increased to more than 99%,the production safety factor of the copper mold is improved,the life of the copper mold is increased,the labor intensity is greatly reduced,the production efficiency is improved,and the metal direct yield is increased.
