摘　　要：通过对福建、江西及广东等省部分发电厂"烟气自动监控系统"运行情况的调研,介绍了"烟气自动监控系统"气态污染物不同的采样方法,并对不同采样方法的优缺点进行简要分析,针对美国热电CEMS Model 200稀释法烟气自动监控系统的二氧化硫、氮氧化物分析仪及附属设备的日常检修维护注意事项及预防性维护的主要内容进行了整理,并结合运维人员多年的现场应用实践,对应用过程中存在的问题及特殊故障,进行分析研究,提出快速解决方案及建议,以满足监测系统连续运行需求,对提高"烟气自动监控系统"运行的可靠性及稳定性具有较好的借鉴意义.This article conducts research on the operation of the"flue gas automatic monitoring system"in some power plants in Fujian,Jiangxi,and Guangdong provinces.It introduces different sampling methods for gaseous pollutants in the"flue gas automatic monitoring system",and briefly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different sampling methods.It summarizes the daily maintenance precautions and preventive maintenance of the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide analyzers and auxiliary equipment of the American thermoelectric CEMS Model 200 dilution method flue gas automatic monitoring system,and combines the years of on-site application practice of operation and maintenance personnel to analyze and study the problems and special faults that exist in the application process.Quick solutions and suggestions are proposed to meet the continuous operation needs of the monitoring system and improve the"flue gas automatic monitoring system"The reliability and stability of operation have good reference significance.
