摘　　要：垃圾中转是垃圾散料收集运输、中间站转运,最后到垃圾处理的中间环节,它是最关键的一道工序.为保证生产的正常运行,某站点采用了国内外当时最先进的日本进口生活垃圾压缩机工艺设备,但发现压缩机部分的推头结构经常容易出故障,导致与它对接的快换门脱落,该快换门一旦脱落后就会对后续生产设备产生破坏,甚至会引起停炉停产的后果.因此,有必要对此进行技术改造,加装一种防脱箱的锁紧装置,主要采用自动感应与机械装置联锁的锁紧机构,改造后效果极佳,且再没有出现换位门脱落的故障,由此可以将其推广应用到其他站点.Garbage transit is the intermediate link between the collection and transportation of garbage bulk,transferring at intermediate stations and finally to garbage disposal,it is the most critical process.In order to ensure the normal operation of production,a site used the most advanced domestic and foreign at the time of the imported Japanese domestic garbage compressor process equipment,but found that the compressor part of the push head structure is often prone to failure,resulting in the docking of the quick-change door with it to fall off,the quickchange door will be dislodged once the subsequent production equipment will produce damage,and even cause the consequences of furnace stopping production.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out this technical transformation,add a kind of anti-dislodgement box locking device,the main use of automatic induction and mechanical device interlocking locking mechanism,after the transformation of the effect is excellent,and then there is no change the door to fall off the fault,which can be popularized and applied to other sites.
