摘 要:针对大型煤化工项目低温甲醇洗装置,在分析其工艺原理和流程的基础上,重点探讨了装置关键设备的选型优化策略,阐述了影响装置性能的主要操作参数.结合工程实践,从优化操作参数、强化传质传热、催化剂优选和能量集成等方面,提出了系统的工艺优化措施.优化后,装置的能耗水平显著降低,运行稳定性和产品质量得到提升.研究成果对于指导大型煤化工低温甲醇洗装置的工艺设计和优化具有参考价值.This article focuses on the low-temperature methanol washing unit of a large-scale coal chemical project.Based on the analysis of its process principle and flow,the selection and optimization strategies of key equipment in the unit are discussed,and the main operating parameters that affect the performance of the unit are elaborated.Based on engineering practice,systematic process optimization measures have been proposed from the aspects of optimizing operating parameters,enhancing mass and heat transfer,catalyst optimization,and energy integration.After optimization,the energy consumption level of the device has significantly decreased,and the operational stability and product quality have been improved.The research results have reference value for guiding the process design and optimization of large-scale coal chemical low-temperature methanol washing units.
