摘  要:注塑成型工艺是现代制造业中的重要环节,产品设计创新对提高产品质量、降低成本、提高市场竞争力至关重要.随着科技的进步,注塑成型工艺正面临着模具设计复杂性提高、选材难度增大、产品性能和美观难以兼顾生产效率和成本制约的挑战.针对上述困境,提出了改进模具设计技术、开发新型材料、采用模块化设计和引进智能化生产技术等创新策略,目的在于促进注塑成型工艺不断发展,产品设计不断创新.Injection molding process is an important part of modern manufacturing industry.Product design innovation is crucial in improving product quality,reducing costs,and enhancing market competitiveness.However,with the advancement of technology,the injection molding process is facing challenges such as increased complexity in mold design,greater difficulty in material selection,the dilemma of balancing product performance and aesthetics,as well as constraints on production efficiency and costs.To address these challenges,strategies such as improving mold design technology,developing new materials,adopting modular design,and introducing intelligent production technologies have been proposed to continuously promote the development of injection molding process and foster continuous product innovation.
