摘　　要：老旧小区改造对提升居民生活质量和城市发展至关重要.屋面防水层的修缮升级是其核心环节,解决防水材料老化、施工工艺滞后、维护管理不足等问题尤为重要.施工过程需重视基面处理、分区施工和多层防水结构设计.具体技术改进包括防水卷材施工的热熔法铺设与搭接处理、防水涂料施工的分层涂刷与加强部位处理以及排水系统的改进.最后,施工后的质量控制通过自检互检、专业检测及维护保养确保防水工程的长期有效.The renovation of old residential areas is crucial for improving the quality of life of residents and urban development.The repair and upgrading of the roof waterproof layer is the core link,and it is particularly important to solve problems such as aging of waterproof materials,lagging construction technology,and insufficient maintenance and management.Optimizing the construction process includes detailed investigation,scientific scheme formulation,and meticulous material preparation.The construction process needs to pay attention to the treatment of the foundation,zoning construction,and the design of multi-layer waterproof structures.The specific technical improvements include the hot melt laying and overlapping treatment of waterproofing membrane construction,the layered brushing and reinforcement treatment of waterproofing coating construction,and the improvement of drainage system.Finally,quality control after construction ensures the long-term effectiveness of waterproofing projects through self inspection and mutual inspection,professional testing,and maintenance.
