摘 要:为提高生活污水氨氮处理效率,研究生物法处理效果.采取自配生活污水,批次进水,MABR反应器单个装置进水量5 L,由蠕动泵对污水流速进行控制,下进上出,水力停留时间(HRT)24 h,进水初期氨氮38 mg/L,COD是380 mg/L.结果表明:生物法处理生活污水中氨氮最佳曝气压力0.06 MPa,pH值8、C/N比5,能够达到膜穿氧系数1.219,充氧能力0.032 kgO2/h,可有效去除氨氮,满足生活污水处理要求.To improve the efficiency of ammonia nitrogen treatment in domestic sewage,the effect of biological treatment was studied.Adopting self prepared domestic sewage,with batch inflow,the MABR reactor has a single unit inflow of 5 L,and the sewage flow rate is controlled by a peristaltic pump.The flow rate is from bottom to top,and the hydraulic retention time(HRT)is 24 hours.In the initial inflow stage,the ammonia nitrogen is 38 mg/L,and the COD is 380 mg/L.The results showed that the optimal aeration pressure for ammonia nitrogen in the biological treatment of domestic wastewater was 0.06 MPa,with a pH value of 8 and a C/N ratio of 5.The membrane oxygen permeability coefficient was 1.219,and the oxygenation capacity was 0.032 kgO2/h.It can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen and meet the requirements of domestic wastewater treatment.
