摘 要:台钻是机械加工中常用的设备,虽然结构简单,应用广泛,但速度调节能力弱,适应性不强,随着技术不断发展,数字化、智能化技术的研究不断深入,基于变频技术的模拟主轴和HMI的人机交互功能能够有效解决传统台钻的不足。因此,基于PLC技术,结合变频器技术和HMI触摸屏,对现有传统台钻设备进行柔性数字化改造,提升传统台钻的智能化水平,实现操作运行可视化效果,提高设备柔性,增强其适应性,也为后续传统设备的柔性数字化改造提供可借鉴的方案。Bench drill is a commonly used equipment in mechanical processing.Although it has a simple structure and wide application,its speed adjustment ability is weak and adaptability is not strong.With the continuous development of technology and the deepening of research on digital intelligence technology,the human-machine interaction function of analog spindle and HMI based on frequency conversion technology can effectively solve the shortcomings of traditional bench drill.Therefore,this article is based on PLC technology,combined with frequency converter technology and HMI touch screen,to carry out flexible digital transformation of existing traditional drilling equipment,improve the intelligence level of traditional drilling equipment,achieve visual operation effects,improve equipment flexibility,enhance its adaptability,and provide reference solutions for the subsequent flexible digital transformation of traditional equipment.
