摘 要:火力发电厂作为能源供应的重要支柱,其输煤系统的稳定运行直接关系到电力生产的效率和安全。然而,在输煤过程中,粉尘问题一直是困扰火力发电厂的难题之一。首先,分析了火力发电厂输煤系统粉尘的来源;其次,分析了煤炭运送的通道里的煤粉尘飘散的途径;最后,提出了火力发电厂输煤系统粉尘综合治理技术措施。研究表明:这些措施能够显著降低输煤系统粉尘浓度,提高工作环境的清洁度,减少设备磨损和故障率,保障人员健康,实现火力发电厂的安全、高效、绿色运行。As an important pillar of energy supply,the stable operation of the coal handling system in thermal power plants is directly related to the efficiency and safety of power production.However,dust issues have always been one of the major challenges facing thermal power plants during coal handling.This paper first analyzes the sources of dust in the coal handling system of thermal power plants.Secondly,it examines the pathways of coal dust dispersion within the coal transportation channels.Furthermore,comprehensive technical measures for dust control in the coal handling system of thermal power plants are proposed.The research indicates that these measures can significantly reduce dust concentrations in the coal handling system,improve the cleanliness of the working environment,decrease equipment wear and failure rates,safeguard personnel health,and enable safe,efficient,and green operation of thermal power plants.
