基于注塑成型工艺的高效家电产品设计与制造技术探讨

摘　　要：现代制造工艺与技术水平日益提升,为高效家电产品生产提供了有力支撑。塑料零件在家用电器产品设计与制造中广泛应用,若想设计综合性能优良的注塑件,满足家电功能需求,必须多方面综合考虑,其中注塑成型工艺和注塑件的设计至关重要。对此,介绍注塑成型工艺,分析了家电产品注塑外壳设计要点,包括壁厚、圆角与拔模角、加强筋的设计,并结合具体实例分析了家电产品注塑外壳设计与制造,在此基础上,针对家电注塑件质量缺陷提出了具体优化对策,供相关工作者参考。The modern manufacturing technology and technical level are improving day by day,which provides strong support for the production of highly efficient household appliances.Plastic parts are widely used in the design and manufacture of household appliances.If we want to design injection-molded parts with excellent comprehensive performance to meet the functional requirements of household appliances,we must consider many aspects comprehensively,the injection molding process and the design of injection parts are very important.In this paper,the injection molding process is introduced,and the key points of the shell design are analyzed,including the design of wall thickness,fillet and drawing angle,and stiffener,based on the analysis of the design and manufacture of the injection-molded case of household appliance,the optimization countermeasures for the quality defects of the injection-molded part of household appliance are put forward for reference.
