摘 要:探讨了蓄电池远程充放电装置的设计与实现,针对传统蓄电池维护过程中存在的时间长、人力成本高等问题,提出了一种基于现代电子技术和物联网技术的解决方案。在电压、电流采集电路上,采用了光耦隔离和差分放大电路,确保了信号的准确性和稳定性,提高了通信效率和安全性。最终,通过硬件电路与软件程序的联调,成功实现了对蓄电池电压、电流等参数的实时采集、远程充放电控制及数据记录与分析。This article explores the design and implementation of a remote charging and discharging device for batteries.In response to the problems of long maintenance time and high labor costs in traditional battery maintenance processes,a solution based on modern electronic technology and Internet of Things technology is proposed.In the voltage and current acquisition circuit,optocoupler isolation and differential amplification circuit are used to ensure the accuracy and stability of the signal.Improved communication efficiency and security.Finally,through the joint debugging of hardware circuits and software programs,real-time acquisition of battery voltage,current and other parameters,remote charging and discharging control,and data recording and analysis were successfully achieved.
