摘 要:钢结构桥梁凭借强度高、自重轻、施工方便、易于维护等显著优势,逐渐成为大跨度桥梁建设的首选方案,同时对钢结构焊接质量控制提出了更为严苛的要求。复杂多变的焊接环境和现场作业条件,如高空作业、水下焊接等,进一步增加了焊接质量控制难度。以S工程项目为例,结合工程焊接作业内容探讨了钢结构桥梁焊接技术要点及质量控制措施,为同类型工程焊接施工提供一定参考。Steel structure bridges have gradually become the preferred solution for large-span bridge construction due to their significant advantages such as high strength,light weight,convenient construction,and easy maintenance.At the same time,stricter requirements have been put forward for the quality control of steel structure welding.The complex and ever-changing welding environment and on-site operating conditions,such as high-altitude operations and underwater welding,further increase the difficulty of welding quality control.This article takes the S engineering project as an example and discusses the key points and quality control measures of steel structure bridge welding technology based on the content of engineering welding operations,providing some reference for welding construction of similar projects.
