摘　　要：为有效解决装配式建筑中的预制楼梯吊装质量问题,以宿迁市宿城新区某项目为例,剖析了影响预制楼梯吊装质量的多种因素,包括结构类型与高度、现场交叉作业以及吊装操作本身等,提出了优化吊装流程、精细化施工与协调,以及提升吊装精度等策略,旨在有效提高预制楼梯的吊装质量与安全水平,为类似项目提供借鉴经验。In order to effectively solve the quality problem of prefabricated stairs hoisting in prefabricated buildings,this paper takes a project in Suqian Sucheng New District as an example to analyze many factors that affect the quality of prefabricated stairs hoisting,including structure type and height,site cross operation and hoisting operation itself.The strategies of optimizing the lifting process,fine management and coordination,and improving the lifting precision are proposed.The purpose is to effectively improve the quality and safety level of prefabricated stairs,and provide reference experience for similar projects.
