摘  要:以某装配式钢结构建筑为例,探究了建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术在该建筑工程施工过程中的应用策略。在构建三维建筑模型的基础上,利用Revit、Navisworks等BIM专业软件实现了场地布置优化、预制构件安装模拟、施工质量碰撞检查,同时对施工成本和施工进度进行了有效控制。在保证施工质量达标的前提下,该工程提前20 d竣工交付,取得经济效益492.4万元,BIM技术的应用效果显著。Taking a prefabricated steel structure building as an example,this paper explores the application strategy of BIM technology in the construction process of the building project.On the basis of constructing a 3D building model,BIM professional software such as Revit and Navisworks were used to optimize the site layout,simulate the installation of prefabricated components,and conduct collision checks on construction quality.At the same time,effective control of construction costs and progress was achieved.On the premise of ensuring the construction quality meets the standards,the project was completed and delivered 20 days ahead of schedule,achieving an economic benefit of 4.924 million yuan,and the application effect of BIM technology is significant.
