摘 要:随着新一代信息技术与企业深度融合,智能制造成为推动产业升级和转型的重要方向。为精准掌控和高效管理生产全过程,企业广泛采用数字化手段。以多品种小批量通信设备调测为对象,通过一屏览车间和柔性数字化调测产线,实时掌握生产进度、作业情况、质量监控等关键数据,实现产品调测数据标准化。研究内容涉及数据标准化体系设计、数据采集方式和格式分析,旨在提出产品调测数据标准化的对策,为企业数字化转型提供参考。With the deep integration of next-generation information technology and enterprises,intelligent manufacturing has become a key driver of industrial upgrading and transformation.To achieve precise control and efficient management of the entire production process,enterprises are widely adopting digital approaches.This study focuses on multi-variety,small-batch testing and commissioning of communication equipment.By leveraging a panoramic view of the workshop and flexible digital testing and commissioning production lines,it enables realtime monitoring of production progress,operational conditions,and quality control,thereby standardizing product testing and commissioning data.The research involves the design of a data standardization system,analysis of data collection methods and formats,aiming to propose strategies for standardizing product testing and commissioning data and provide references for enterprises undergoing digital transformation.
