摘 要:在中型材生产线中,电能质量问题尤为突出,其中无功负载和谐波问题成为关键挑战。传统无功补偿设备如静止无功补偿器(SVC)和无源滤波器(FC)虽广泛应用,但在动态响应和谐波抑制方面存在限制。引入动态无功补偿技术(SVG+FC),针对其在中型材生产线的应用进行了详细分析和实际测试。结果显示:SVG+FC装置有效提升了电能质量,显著改善了功率因数和谐波控制,同时降低了能耗和运营成本。In the production line of medium profile materials,power quality issues are particularly prominent,among which reactive load and harmonic problems have become key challenges.Although traditional reactive power compensation devices such as Static Var Compensators(SVC)and Passive Filters(FC)are widely used,they have limitations in terms of dynamic response and harmonic suppression.This study introduces the dynamic reactive power compensation technology(SVG+FC)and conducts detailed analysis and practical testing on its application in the production line of medium profile materials.The results show that the SVG+FC device effectively improves power quality,significantly improves power factor and harmonic control,while reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
