摘  要:深入分析了火电厂脱硫设备关键部件的检修技术和维护策略。通过对喷淋管、除雾器和浆液泵等关键部件失效模式的统计,建立了基于可靠性中心维修(Reliability Centered Maintenance,RCM)的维护决策模型。研究显示:采用预测性维护策略可提高设备可用率15%,降低年维护成本20%。同时,提出了基于在线监测和大数据分析的智能化检修方案,实现了设备状态实时监控和故障预警。这些创新方法显著提升了脱硫设备的运行可靠性和经济性,为火电厂环保设备管理提供了新的技术路径。This paper deeply analyzes the maintenance technology and maintenance strategy of key components of thermal power plant desulfurization equipment.A maintenance decision model based on Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM)was established through the statistics of the failure modes of key components such as sprinkler pipes,mist eliminators and slurry pumps.The study shows that the adoption of predictive maintenance strategy can improve the equipment availability rate by 15%and reduce the annual maintenance cost by 20%.Meanwhile,an intelligent overhaul program based on online monitoring and big data analysis is proposed,realizing real-time monitoring of equipment status and early warning of failures.These innovative methods significantly improve the operational reliability and economy of desulfurization equipment,and provide a new technical path for environmental protection equipment management in thermal power plants.
