摘 要:为解决瓦斯赋存量大、煤层透气性差、瓦斯治理难度大等问题,根据工作面煤层地质及瓦斯赋存条件,采用了超高压水力割缝卸压增透技术方法,在15449N工作面下顺槽对15249N工作面回采区域实施穿层钻孔超高压水力割缝卸压增透试验,增大煤层透气性,提升底板穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采效果。试验证明:该技术在瓦斯治理中可有效缩短瓦斯抽采的时间,降低矿井的瓦斯及毒害气体含量,保障工作面的安全高效开采。To solve the problems of large gas accumulation,poor coal seam permeability,and difficulty in gas control.Based on the geological and gas storage conditions of the coal seam in the working face,an innovative method of ultra-high pressure hydraulic cutting seam pressure relief and permeability enhancement technology was adopted.A layer through drilling ultra-high pressure hydraulic cutting seam pressure relief and permeability enhancement test was carried out in the mining area of the 15249N working face in the lower groove of the 15449N working face to increase the permeability of the coal seam and improve the gas extraction effect of the bottom plate through layer drilling.Through experiments,it has been proven that this technology can effectively shorten the time of gas extraction,reduce the gas and toxic gas content in mines,and ensure safe and efficient mining of working faces in gas control.
