摘  要:传统除尘工艺中的尘埃不仅对生态环境造成危害,也影响着工人的健康与企业的可持续发展。传统的湿法除尘虽能有效捕捉粉尘,但其高能耗、废水处理难度大等弊端逐渐显现。随着工业化进程的加速,“干法除尘粗灰在线回吃技术”应运而生。通过阐述干法除尘粗灰在线回吃的技术,以及对现状及设备的研究,借力自动化、信息化、数字化技术改进转炉、除尘等一系列设备能力,达成设备数字智能化,提升整体效率,实现了资源的合理利用。The dust in traditional dust removal processes not only threatens the ecological environment,but also affects the health of workers and the sustainable development of enterprises.Although traditional wet dust removal can effectively capture dust,its drawbacks such as high energy consumption and difficulty in wastewater treatment are gradually becoming apparent.With the acceleration of industrialization,the"dry dust removal coarse ash online recycling technology"has emerged.This article mainly elaborates on the technology of online recycling of dry dust removal coarse ash.Through research on the current situation and equipment,a series of equipment capabilities such as converters and dust removal have been improved through automation,informatization,and digitalization technologies,achieving digital intelligence of equipment,improving overall efficiency,and realizing the rational utilization of resources.
