摘　　要：防渗漏施工技术是确保房屋建筑居住舒适性和使用安全性的重要环节。首先分析了建筑工程防渗漏施工技术类型及要点,包括屋面防渗漏施工、地下结构防渗漏施工、外窗防渗漏施工、外墙防渗漏施工。其次,从造价管理与质量控制等层面,分析了防渗漏施工控制策略,旨在改善防渗漏施工技术的应用条件,解决建筑渗漏问题,提升防渗漏施工技术的利用效果。Anti leakage construction technology is an important link in ensuring the comfort and safety of housing construction.Firstly,the types and key points of anti-seepage construction techniques in building engineering were analyzed,including roof anti-seepage construction,underground structure anti-seepage construction,external window anti-seepage construction,and external wall anti-seepage construction.Then,from the perspectives of cost management and quality control,the anti leakage construction control strategy was analyzed,aiming to improve the application conditions of anti leakage construction technology,solve the problem of building leakage,and enhance the utilization effect of anti leakage construction technology.
