摘 要:机制砂的应用前景非常广阔,加强对机制砂和机制砂混凝土的研究尤为必要。将机制砂应用到桥梁上部结构混凝土中,并保持生产过程的稳定,是一项重、难点工作。采用机制砂掺配天然砂的优化方式设计出满足工程实际需求的高标号混凝土配合比,以C50、C55标号的机制砂混凝土的配制为方向,优化机制砂生产控制指标,确定机制砂粉含量的适宜范围,验证混凝土性能,不仅解决了项目需求,同时起到了节约成本、保护生态环境的积极作用。The application prospects of machine-made sand are very broad,and it is particularly necessary to strengthen research on machine-made sand and machine-made sand concrete.Applying machine-made sand to the concrete of bridge upper structures and maintaining the stability of the production process is a key and difficult task.The optimization method of blending machine-made sand with natural sand is adopted to design a high-grade concrete mix ratio that meets the actual needs of the project.Taking the preparation of C50 and C55 grade machine-made sand concrete as the direction,the production control indicators of machine-made sand are optimized,the suitable range of machine-made sand powder content is determined,and the concrete performance is verified.This not only solves the project requirements,but also plays a positive role in cost savings and environmental protection.
