摘  要:为提升某市区多功能建筑制冷系统效率与节能效果,对其冷源系统进行了全面改造与优化。通过主机优化选型,采用高效磁悬浮变频离心式冷水机组,并结合输配系统节能降阻、冷却塔升级改造及增设智能化自控系统等措施,实现了系统的高效运行。改造后,系统日运行能效比与月运行能效比均显著提升,节能率达到41.3%。不仅为类似建筑制冷系统改造提供实用指导,也展示了高效制冷机房技术在节能减排方面的巨大潜力,推动建筑行业向更高效、更环保的方向发展。To enhance the efficiency and energy-saving effects of the refrigeration system in a multifunctional building in a certain urban area,this article conducted a comprehensive renovation and optimization of the cooling source system.By optimizing the selection of the main unit,adopting high-efficiency magnetic levitation variable frequency centrifugal chillers,and combining measures such as energy-saving and resistance reduction in the distribution system,upgrading and transformation of cooling towers,and the addition of intelligent automatic control systems,the system's efficient operation was achieved.After the renovation,both the daily and monthly operating energy efficiency ratios of the system were significantly improved,with an energy-saving rate reaching 41.3%.This article not only provides practical guidance for the renovation of similar building refrigeration systems but also demonstrates the significant potential of high-efficiency refrigeration plant technology in energy conservation and emission reduction,promoting the development of the construction industry towards a more efficient and environmentally friendly direction.
