摘  要:高扬程输水管线停泵水锤现象在管道系统中具有显著的危害,了解其形成机制、特点和防护措施至关重要。停泵水锤是由于水流突然中断或变速引发的压力波动,可能造成管道破裂或设备损坏,因此需要采取有效的防护措施。常见的防护方法包括安装缓闭止回阀、空气阀以及采用调节水流速度的设备,通过这些措施能够有效降低水锤的冲击力,保障管道系统的安全运行。结合实际案例,对所应用的防护措施进行成效评价,结果显示防护措施具有良好的效果,显著提高了管道的运行安全性和稳定性。The phenomenon of pump shutdown water hammer in high-lift water transmission pipelines poses significant hazards to pipeline systems,making it essential to understand its formation mechanism,characteristics,and protective measures.Water hammer caused by sudden interruption or change in water flow leads to pressure fluctuations,which can result in pipe rupture or equipment damage,requiring effective protective measures.Common methods include the installation of slow-closing check valves,air valves,and devices to regulate water flow speed.These measures effectively reduce the impact of water hammer,ensuring the safe operation of pipeline systems.A case study evaluating the effectiveness of these protective measures shows that they significantly improve the safety and stability of pipeline operations.
