摘　　要：针对一种恩格列净片剂及其环保、低成本制备工艺及性能,展开具体论述。该片剂由恩格列净、Omega-3脂肪酸与胆钙化醇组合物、填充剂、粘合剂、崩解剂、润滑剂和包衣剂组成,通过湿法制片技术制备而成。恩格列净作为活性组分,通过独特的辅料配比,有效提高了片剂的稳定性、药物释放控制能力和生物利用度,同时对其性能变化进行简要分析,确保为糖尿病患者提供更安全、有效的治疗方案。This article provides a detailed discussion on an environmentally friendly and low-cost preparation process and performance of empagliflozin tablets.This tablet is composed of empagliflozin,a combination of Omega-3 fatty acids and cholecalciferol,a filler,a binder,a disintegrant,a lubricant,and a coating agent,prepared by wet slide technology.As an active component,the stability,drug release control ability and bioavailability of the tablet have been effectively improved through the unique proportion of excipients.At the same time,a brief analysis of its performance changes has been made to ensure that a more safe and effective treatment scheme is provided for diabetes patients.
