摘  要:300MW级凝汽式汽轮机组长期运行过程中,受多种因素影响,不可避免地会出现轴系振动、通流部分结垢、二次滤网故障以及渗漏等问题,严重影响机组的运行效率和使用寿命。以提高300MW凝汽式汽轮机组安全稳定性为目标,深入分析了上述常见故障的形成机理、特征及危害,并有针对性地提出了相应的处理措施。旨在为电厂运行维护人员提供参考,帮助其更好地识别和处理300MW凝汽式汽轮机常见故障,保障机组安全稳定运行,提高电力系统运行的可靠性和经济性。During the long-term operation of a 300MW condensing steam turbine unit,various factors inevitably cause problems such as shaft vibration,scaling in the flow passage,secondary filter failure,and leakage,which seriously affect the operating efficiency and service life of the unit.With the goal of improving the safety and stability of a 300MW condensing steam turbine unit,the formation mechanism,characteristics,and hazards of the common faults mentioned above were analyzed in depth,and corresponding treatment measures were proposed in a targeted manner.Intended to provide reference for power plant operation and maintenance personnel,helping them better identify and handle common faults in 300MW condensing steam turbines,ensuring safe and stable operation of the units,and improving the reliability and economy of power system operation.
