摘　　要：采用永磁变频直驱滚筒驱动是近年来兴起的一种新型驱动方式,笔者在设计过程中,发现其选型需要消耗设计人员大量的精力,缺乏一款快速选型软件,于是笔者利用Ruby编程语言结合工程设计工作实际内容,开发了一款选型软件。该软件利用csv文件进行数据存储,利用gtk3包提供界面,以满足使用要求,对功率分配比进行了1∶1简化以降低开发难度。经过应用实践,发现该软件效果良好,能够满足工程设计日常需求。The use of permanent magnet variable frequency direct drive drum drive is a new type of drive mode that has emerged in recent years,the author in the design process,found that its selection needs to consume a lot of energy of the designer,lack of a fast selection software,so the author uses the Ruby programming language combined with the actual content of engineering design work,developed a selection software.The software uses the csv package under the Ruby language for data storage,and the gtk3 package provides the interface to meet the requirements of use,and the power allocation ratio is simplified 1:1 to reduce the development difficulty.After application practice,it is found that the software has good effect and can meet the daily needs of engineering design.
