核电厂1E级蓄电池和充电器试验的探索和实践

摘　　要：1E级蓄电池在失去厂内和厂外交流电源时为核电厂停堆所需的重要设备提供电源。当交流电恢复时,1E级充电器在给直流系统供电的同时提供足够的电力给蓄电池充电。为保证核电厂安全相关电源系统的可靠性,需要定期对1E级蓄电池和充电器进行试验。介绍了1E级蓄电池和充电器的试验要求,总结了核电厂对试验周期、试验窗口和试验方法的探索和实践经验,可为在建或在役三代核电机组开展类似试验提供参考价值。Class 1E battery provides power for important equipment needed for nuclear power plant shutdown when in-plant and off-plant AC power is lost.When the AC power is restored,the 1E charger provides enough power to charge the battery while powering the DC system.In order to ensure the reliability of the safety related power supply system of the nuclear power plant,it is necessary to regularly test the class 1E battery and charger.This paper introduces the test requirements of of the class 1E battery and charger,summarizes the exploration and practical experience of test cycle,test schedule and test method in the nuclear power plant,which can provide reference value for the similar test of the third generation nuclear power plant under construction or in service.
