摘  要:针对某大型水电站水工钢结构闸门的焊缝质量检测方法进行优化,综合应用超声波检测(Ultrasonic Testing,UT)、磁粉检测(Magnetic Particle Testing,MT)、射线检测(Radiographic Testing,RT)、相控阵超声(Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing,PAUT)和全聚焦矩阵(Total Focusing Method,TFM)技术,评估焊缝内部及表面缺陷。实验数据显示,PAUT与TFM结合的检测效率提高了30%,缺陷识别率提升约20%。通过断裂力学模型,基于检测数据预测焊缝疲劳寿命,并提出优化后的检测流程,确保结构的长期安全性和使用寿命。This study focuses on optimizing the weld quality detection methods for a large hydropower station's hydraulic steel structure gate.A comprehensive application of Ultrasonic Testing(UT),Magnetic Particle Testing(MT),Radiographic Testing(RT),Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing(PAUT),and Total Focusing Method(TFM)was used to evaluate both internal and surface weld defects.Experimental data shows that the combined use of PAUT and TFM improved detection efficiency by 30%and increased defect recognition rates by approximately 20%.Based on fracture mechanics models and detection data,the fatigue life of the weld was predicted,and an optimized inspection process was proposed to ensure the long-term safety and service life of the structure.
