摘　　要：建筑工程施工过程中应用灌注桩后注浆施工技术,有助于提升桩基工程安全性、稳定性,提高工程整体质量。此施工技术对应用有较高专业要求,需要把握好施工要点,才可充分发挥技术优势。首先介绍了灌注桩后注浆施工技术的原理,之后结合工程案例分析,提出该技术在建筑工程施工中的实践要点,以期为相关技术人员提供一定参考。The application of post grouting construction technology in the construction process of building engineering can help improve the safety and stability of pile foundation engineering,and enhance the overall quality of the project.However,this construction technology requires a high level of professionalism in its application,and it is necessary to grasp the key points of construction in order to fully leverage its technical advantages.This article first introduces the principle of post grouting for cast-in-siut pile construction technology,and then combines engineering case analysis to propose the practical points of this technology in construction engineering,in order to provide some reference for relevant technical personnel.
