摘　　要：研究了建筑机电设备安装调试过程中存在的技术难点,探讨了设备定位与安装精度问题等方面的挑战,分析了设备调试中参数设置与校准的复杂性,提出了通过合理规划管线布局和智能调控,优化安装调试过程的技术方法和解决方案,提高了设备定位与安装精度。旨在提高机电设备安装调试的整体效率和质量,为工程实践提供理论基础和技术参考。This paper studies the technical difficulties encountered during the installation and commissioning of building electromechanical equipment.It explores challenges such as equipment positioning and installation accuracy,and analyzes the complexity of parameter setting and calibration during equipment commissioning.The paper proposes technical methods and solutions to optimize the installation and commissioning process through rational pipeline layout planning and intelligent control,ultimately improving equipment positioning and installation accuracy.The aim of this paper is to enhance the overall efficiency and quality of electromechanical equipment installation and commissioning,providing a theoretical basis and technical reference for engineering practice.
