摘　　要：主要围绕泵用机械密封安装维修及检修误区展开论述。明确了泵用机械密封的技术要求,分析了泵用机械密封的常见故障。根据常见故障提出了泵用机械密封的维护检修措施,围绕维护措施和检修措施进行讨论。并分析了安装维护及检修误区中的误区,根据误区中的常见问题,提出了相应的解决策略,以期提高泵用机械密封的使用寿命和可靠性,仅供相关人员参考。This article mainly discusses the installation,maintenance,and repair misconceptions of mechanical seals for pumps.The technical requirements for mechanical seals used in pumps have been clarified,and common faults of mechanical seals used in pumps have been analyzed.Based on common faults,maintenance and repair measures for mechanical seals used in pumps are proposed,and discussions are held around maintenance and repair measures.And analyzed the misconceptions in installation,maintenance,and repair,and proposed corresponding solutions based on common problems in these misconceptions,in order to improve the service life and reliability of mechanical seals for pumps.This is for reference only by relevant personnel.
