摘　　要：目的系统评价中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的效果。方法检索2013年1月1日—2023年1月31日在PubMed、Cochrane Library、Medline、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台等数据库公开发表的中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎相关文献,试验组采用中药穴位贴敷联合常规西药治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗。采用纽卡斯尔文献质量评价量表评价文献的质量,采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入7篇文献,累计病例606例。根据文献异质性分析结果,采用固定或随机效应模型对涉及的研究变量进行合并效应量计算。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组治疗有效率更高,发热、腹痛、呕吐缓解时间更短,肠系膜淋巴结纵径、横径更短(P<0.01)。结论中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎效果显著,可快速稳定体温,缓解腹痛、呕吐等不适,促进患儿恢复。Objective To evaluate the effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine on acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods Literature on the treatment of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children with Chinese medicine acupoint application published in PubMed,Cochrane Library,Medline,CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and other databases from January 1,2013 to January 31,2023 was searched.The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Newcastle literature Quality Evaluation Scale was used to evaluate the quality of the literature,and meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5.3 software.Results Finally,7 literatures were included,with a total of 606 cases.According to the results of literature heterogeneity analysis,the combined effect size of the study variables was calculated using fixed or random effects models.The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with control group,the effective rate of experimental group was higher,the relief time of fever,abdominal pain and vomiting were shorter,and the longitudinal and transverse diameter of mesenteric lymph nodes were shorter(P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children is remarkable,which can quickly stabilize body temperature,relieve abdominal pain,vomiting and other discomfort,promote the recovery of children.
