住院药房口服药品拆零管理现状与改进措施

摘　　要：目的提升住院药房口服药品拆零管理水平。方法回顾性分析某院2017年7月至2022年12月住院药房口服药品拆零管理的现状,总结、分析存在的问题,并制订相应改进措施。比较改进前(2022年7月至12月)及改进后(2023年1月至6月)拆零药品质量管理的达标情况。结果建立并完善了科学、合理的药品拆零管理制度;改进后,拆零药品质量管理平均达标率为92.98%,显著高于改进前的79.82%(P<0.05)。结论完善住院药房口服药品拆零管理制度,可提高工作效率,降低药品损耗率,保证拆零药品质量,确保患者的用药安全。Objective To improve the management level of oral drug dismantling in the inpatient pharmacy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the current situation of the management of oral drug dismantling in the inpatient pharmacy of a hospital from July 2017 to December 2022.The problems were summarized and analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures were formulated.The compliance of quality management for dismantled oral drugs before the improvement(from July to December 2022)and after the improvement(from January to June 2023)was compared.Results A scientific and reasonable management system for drug dismantling has been established and improved.After the improvement,the average compliance rate of quality management for dismantled drugs was 92.98%,which was significantly higher than 79.82%before the improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion Improving the management system for oral drug dismantling in the inpatient pharmacy can improve work efficiency,reduce drug loss rates,ensure the quality of dismantled drugs,and ensure the medication safety of patients.
