摘　　要：汉坦病毒是重要的人兽共患病原体之一,属于布尼亚病毒目、汉坦病毒科的正汉坦病毒属,其感染呈世界性分布。人感染后,可引起两种严重的疾病:肾综合征出血热(HFRS)和汉坦病毒心肺综合征(HCPS),严重威胁人类健康。尽管全球科学家付出了巨大努力,汉坦病毒的防控依旧差强人意。该文就汉坦病毒的生物学特性、流行与防治等方面的相关进展做一个简要的综述,以期为其后续相关研究提供理论支持。Hantavirus is one of the important zoonotic pathogens,belonging to the family Hantaviridae and the order Bunyavirales.Hantavirus infection are distributed worldwide.After infection,there are two serious diseases,hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)and hantavirus cardiovascular syndrome(HCPS),which seriously threaten human health.Despite the tremendous efforts of scientists worldwide,the prevention and control of the hantavirus is still unsatisfactory.This review will give a brief review of the biology property,prevalence,prevention and treatment of hantavirus,in order to provide theoretical support for its subsequent related research.
