摘　　要：随着医学水平的不断提高,局部载药缓释系统(DDS)逐渐成为治疗脊柱结核的新方法,本文就脊柱结核DDS的临床应用研究进展进行综述。文章首先介绍脊柱结核与DDS,结合相关文献资料,分析脊柱结核患者的DDS的临床应用价值,得出其在临床治疗中具有促进病灶恢复、重建脊柱稳定、减少不良反应及耐药性等作用,最后通过各文献研究与临床治疗经验,从植骨材料、药物负载方式、3D打印人工骨、抗结核药缓释涂层等4个方面,总结脊柱结核患者的DDS临床治疗研究进展,为DDS在脊柱结核患者临床治疗提供理论研究参考。With the continuous improvement of medical technology,local drug delivery systems(DDS)have gradually become a new method for treating spinal tuberculosis.This article reviews the clinical application research progress of DDS for spinal tuberculosis.The article first introduces spinal tuberculosis and DDS,and analyzes the clinical application value of DDS in spinal tuberculosis patients based on relevant literature.It is concluded that DDS has the effects of promoting lesion recovery,rebuilding spinal stability,reducing adverse reactions and drug resistance in clinical treatment.Finally,through literature research and clinical treatment experience,the research progress of DDS clinical treatment for spinal tuberculosis patients is summarized from four aspects:bone graft materials,drug loading methods,3D printed artificial bone,and anti-tuberculosis drug slow-release coatings,providing theoretical research references for DDS in the clinical treatment of spinal tuberculosis patients.
