摘　　要：儿童桡骨颈骨折在儿童肘部骨折中是相对少见的病种,但是治疗方法在业内相对统一。根据其Judet分型,Ⅰ和Ⅱ型可以选择保守治疗,Ⅲ和Ⅳ型需要手术治疗。也有专家学者选择Ⅲ型桡骨颈骨折手法复位保守治疗成功的案例,但少见报道。Ⅳ型作为完全移位的骨折,一般的有经验的医师也已经望尘莫及,手术近似于唯一有效的治疗手段,很多病例往往需要切开手术,给儿童造成较大的身心创伤,而微创治疗更能得到儿童及家长的肯定。Pediatric radial neck fracture is a relatively rare disease in pediatric elbow fractures,but the treatment methods are relatively uniform in the industry.Depending on their Judet classification,typesⅠandⅡcan be treated conservatively,while gradesⅢandⅣrequire surgery.Of course,there are also cases of successful conservative treatment of Daniel's choice ofⅢdegree radial neck fracture manual reduction,but it cannot be promoted.Ⅳdegree as a completely displaced fracture,the general reduction of cattle has also been out of reach,surgery is close to the only effective treatment,many cases often need to open surgery,causing greater physical and mental trauma to children,and minimally invasive treatment can be more recognized by children and parents.
