天麻钩藤饮联合针刺对高血压脑出血患者术后康复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对高血压脑出血患者而言,探寻天麻钩藤饮联合针刺的治疗效果。方法从泰和县中医院神经外科2020年1月至2022年6月治疗高血压脑出血稳定期患者中随机抽取40例,以信封法随机分组为对照组与观察组,两组均接受手术治疗,术后对照组接受西医对症干预,观察组在对照组治疗基础上接受天麻钩藤饮联合针刺治疗,通过4周的治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数。结果治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率、Barthel指数均高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对于高血压脑出血患者,术后接受天麻钩藤饮联合针刺治疗的效果明显,可有效改善神经功能缺损的情况,提高生活自理能力。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with acupuncture on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Forty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in the neurosurgery department of Taihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were randomly selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using the envelope method.Both groups received surgical treatment,and the control group received symptomatic intervention from Western medicine after surgery.The observation group received Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of treatment in the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical total effective rate,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,and Barthel index were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group's total clinical effectiveness rate and Barthel index were higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,postoperative treatment with Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with acupuncture has a significant effect,which can effectively improve neurological deficits and enhance self-care ability.
