小儿肺热咳嗽方联合头孢克洛治疗小儿支气管肺炎中的效果及对降钙素原、白细胞介素6的影响

摘　　要：目的分析小儿肺热咳嗽方联合头孢克洛治疗小儿支气管肺炎中的效果及对降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的影响。方法2023年1月至2024年4月高密市中医院检验科收治的小儿支气管肺炎100例,使用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,头孢克洛治疗)和试验组(50例,联合小儿肺热咳嗽方治疗),比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、生化指标、肺部影像学评分、肺功能指标、症状好转时间。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组肺部影像学评分、PCT、IL-6水平更低(P<0.05),尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、白蛋白(Alb)指标改善更佳(P<0.05);试验组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音缓解时间、血象恢复时间均更短(P<0.05)。治疗后,用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC、呼气峰值流速(PEF)均低于治疗前且试验组更低(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺热咳嗽方联合头孢克洛治疗小儿支气管肺炎可明显改善患儿症状,缓解炎症,减轻肝肾功能损伤,提升肺功能,促进患儿早日康复。Objective To analyze the efficacy of pediatric lung heat cough formula combined with cefaclor in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia and its effects on procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods A total of 100 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Clinical Laboratory of Gaomi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to April 2024 were divided into control group(50 cases treated with cefaclor)and trial group(50 cases treated with pediatric fee-heat cough formula)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,biochemical indexes,lung imaging scores,lung function indexes and symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of trial group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung imaging scores,PCT and IL-6 levels of the trial group were lower(P<0.05),and the indexes of urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(Scr),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and albumin(Alb)were better improved(P<0.05).The time of fever reduction,cough disappearance,wheezing relief and blood image recovery in trial group were shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC,and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)were all lower than before treatment and lower in trial group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Pediatric Pulmonary Heat Cough Formula and Head Hugklor can significantly improve the symptoms,alleviate inflammation,reduce liver and kidney function damage,enhance lung function,and promote early recovery of pediatric bronchopneumonia.
