益母草胶囊在妇产科预防产后出血护理干预中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究益母草胶囊在妇产科预防产后出血护理干预中的应用价值。方法选取厦门医学院附属第二医院于2022年1月至2023年12月妇产科行自然分娩的400名产妇纳入研究主体,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=200,用缩宫素治疗)与观察组(n=200,用益母草胶囊治疗),所有产妇均接受综合护理服务,对比组间出血量、临床相关指标、治疗效果、炎症因子水平。结果观察组产后出血率,产后3、12、24 h出血量均低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组产妇的宫缩持续时间长于对照组,月经恢复时间及住院时长短于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组产妇的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平均低于对照组,而白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平则高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论益母草胶囊应用在妇产科预防产后出血护理干预中,可以有效控制产妇产后出血量,能够降低出血风险,帮助产妇改善炎症因子水平。Objective To explore the application value of motherwort capsule in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Xiamen Medical College from January 2022 to December 2023,400 women into the study subject,random numbers were divided into control group(n=200,treated with oxytocin)and observation group(n=200,treated with motherwort capsule),all women received comprehensive nursing services,compared between group bleeding,clinical related indicators,treatment efficiency,level of inflammatory factors.Results The postpartum bleeding rate in the observation group was lower at 3,12 and 24 hours,and the total response rate was higher than the control group(all P<0.05),the duration of contraction was longer than the control group,menstrual recovery time and hospitalization than the control group(all P<0.05),the tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin 6(IL-6)levels were lower than the control group,while interleukin 2(IL-2)was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The capsule in the prevention of postpartum bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology,which can effectively control the amount of postpartum bleeding,reduce the risk of bleeding,and also help women to improve the level of inflammatory factors.
