止嗽散合三拗汤治疗肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对止嗽散合三拗汤在肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽疾病治疗中的临床运用效果。方法抽取上海市第三康复医院2022年3月至2023年12月所接诊的90例肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽患者作为观察对象,按随机数字表法将其分成对照组与观察组,各45例,前者采取阿奇霉素肠溶胶囊治疗,后者采取止嗽散合三拗汤治疗。对两组患者的疾病治疗总有效率、症状消失时间、中医证候积分变化展开比较。结果观察组治疗后总有效率(93.33%)比对照组(77.78%)高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组咳嗽消失时间、憋喘消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,口干、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷以及小便黄等中医证候积分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对肺炎支原体感染后期咳嗽患者予以止嗽散合三拗汤治疗,能有效改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of Zhisou San combine with Sanao Decoction in the treatment of cough disease in the later stage of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods From March 2022 to December 2023,90 patients from Shanghai Third Rehabilitation Hospital with cough in the late stage of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were selected as observation objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The former was treated with azithromycin enteric-coated capsules,while the latter was treated with Zhisou San combined with Sanao decoction.Compare the total effective rate of disease treatment,the time of symptom disappearance and the change of symptom integral in the above two groups.Results The total effective rate after treatment of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,wheezing and lung rales after treatment of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the symptom scores of dry mouth,cough,sputum,chest tightness,and urine yellowing were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Zhisou San combine with Sanao Decoction is effective in treating cough patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in the later stage.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
