摘  要:基于《关于高考改革的调查问卷》,依据公共服务满意度模型与高等教育满意度模型,调查了高中生、大学生、高中教师、大学教师四类新高考改革利益相关者,深入分析其对新高考改革的满意度及其影响因素。研究探讨了改革预期、质量感知、公平感知和服务感知对师生群体新高考改革满意度的影响路径,结果显示:师生群体对新高考改革的成效普遍满意,但仍存在改进空间;不同师生群体对于新高考改革满意度的影响机制存在差异;质量感知、公平感知和服务感知作为中介变量,对师生新高考改革满意度产生重要影响,且其间接效应显著大于直接效应;在具体观测变量中,职业规划服务对师生群体满意度的影响最为显著,其次是招生服务,而情感养成则是师生群体相对不满意的因素;师生群体对发展期望的高度关注与实际感知到的学生发展质量之间存在差距,因此,提升学生发展质量不仅是提升新高考改革满意度的关键途径,也是未来改革的重要方向。Based on the“Questionnaire on the Reform of the New College Entrance Examination”,this study uses the Public Service Satisfaction Model and the Higher Education Satisfaction Model to analyze in depth the satisfaction of the new college entrance examination Reform and its influencing factors from the perspectives of four stakeholders:senior high school students,college students,senior high school teachers,and university teachers.The study explored the influence paths of reform expectations,quality perceptions,fairness perceptions and service perceptions on the satisfaction of the new college entrance examination reform of the teacher and student groups.The results of the study show that:teachers and students are generally satisfied with the effectiveness of the new college entrance examination reform,but there is still room for improvement.Also,there are differences in the influencing mechanisms of satisfaction with the new college entrance examination reform among different groups of teachers and students.Quality perception,fairness perception,and service perception,as mediator variables,have an important influence on the satisfaction of teachers and students with the new college entrance examination reform,and their indirect effects are significantly greater than the direct effects.Among the specific observed variables,career planning service has the most significant effect on the satisfaction of teacher and student groups,followed by enrollment service,while emotional development is a relatively unsatisfactory factor for teacher and student.There is a gap between the high concern of teacher and student groups for development expectations and the actual perceived quality of student development.Therefore,improving the quality of student development is not only a key way to improve the satisfaction of the new college entrance examination reform,but also an important direction for future reform.
