摘  要:本研究探讨了片剂制备中掩味技术与口感优化的策略与实践。分析了化学修饰、物理屏障和感官干扰等掩味技术,以及制剂设计与优化、具体案例分析、质量控制与稳定性研究等口感优化实践。同时,讨论了掩味技术的发展趋势,包括新型掩味技术的应用、患者需求的多样化以及监管政策的挑战。研究指出,掩味技术与口感优化对于提升患者用药体验和顺应性至关重要,需不断探索和创新,以满足不同患者需求,并确保药物的安全性和有效性。This study explores the strategies and practices of taste masking technology and taste optimization in tablet preparation.Analyzed taste masking techniques such as chemical modification,physical barriers,and sensory interference,as well as taste optimization practices such as formulation design and optimization,specific case analysis,quality control,and stability research.At the same time,the develop-ment trend of odor masking technology was discussed,including the application of new odor masking technologies,the diversification of patient needs,and the challenges of regulatory policies.Research has pointed out that taste masking technology and taste optimization are crucial for improving patients'medication experience and compliance.Continuous exploration and innovation are needed to meet the needs of different patients and ensure the safety and effectiveness of drugs.
