中药敷脐疗法治疗老年功能性便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的目的观察中药敷脐疗法治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效,评估其对临床症状改善及生活质量提高的影响。方法方法将纳入标准的80例老年功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用中药脐疗(大黄、生地、玄参、猪牙皂角、肉苁蓉、当归)制成药饼敷于神阙穴;对照组采用安慰剂(色素面粉)制成药饼敷于神阙穴。两组均每日换药1次,10天为1疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果结果治疗组在临床疗效、中医症候疗效(腹胀、首次排便时间、排便频率)方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结论中药敷脐疗法治疗老年功能性便秘疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine umbilical therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with functional constipation and evaluate its impact on the improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life.Method A total of 80 elderly patients with functional constipation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine umbilical therapy(Rhei Radix et Rhi-zoma,Rehmanniae Radix,Scrophulariae Radix,Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus,Cistanches Herba,and Angelicae Sinensis Radix)prepared into a medicinal cake and applied to the Shenque acupoint;the control group received a placebo(colored flour)prepared into a medicinal cake and applied to the Shenque acupoint.Both groups changed the dressing once a day,with 10 days constituting one course of treatment,and both groups were observed for two courses of treatment.Result The treatment group showed better clinical efficacy and traditional Chi-nese medicine syndrome efficacy(abdominal distension,first defecation time,and defecation frequency)than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine umbilical therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of elderly patients with functional consti-pation and is worthy of clinical promotion.
