摘　　要：神经根型颈椎病是一种发病率较高的颈椎退变性疾病,以上肢放射痛为主要临床表现,严重影响患者生活质量。手法治疗在临床上广泛应用于该病的治疗,具有重要地位。本文从传统中医推拿、现代徒手矫治技术、各家流派手法疗法与机制、结合其他治疗方法等角度对手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床手法精准治疗该病提供参考。Neurogenic cervical spondylosis is a cervical degenerative disease with high incidence,with radiating pain in the upper extremi-ties as the main clinical manifestation,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Manual therapy is widely used in the clinical treatment of this disease and has an important status.This article reviews the research progress of manipulative therapy for nerve root cervi-cal spondylosis from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine massage,modern unarmed orthopedic techniques,manipulative thera-pies and mechanisms of various schools,and combining with other therapeutic methods,aiming to provide a reference for the precise treat-ment of this disease by clinical manipulation.
