摘　　要：目的目的本综述旨在通过循证护理的方法,建立适用于PACU(麻醉复苏室)的手术患者体温管理规范,并评估该规范的应用效果,以提高患者护理质量和安全性。方法方法首先确定PACU中预防和管理麻醉后低体温的关键问题,并明确了“如何预防和管理麻醉后低体温,提高患者的护理质量和安全性”的循证护理问题;其次采用循证护理模式的四个步骤,包括循证证据检索、质量评价、循证证据综合和循证证据传播,获取和整理相关的循证证据;最后根据所获得的循证证据,制定PACU手术患者体温管理规范,并将其应用于实际临床,评价该规范的效果。结果结果在循证证据的基础上,建立了PACU手术患者体温管理规范,包括低体温风险评估、体温监测、体温保护和正确使用加温设备等方面的具体措施。规范的应用效果通过持续护理质量改进和患者反馈等方式进行评估。结论结论PACU手术患者体温管理规范通过科学的循证证据支持,确保了体温管理措施的合理性和有效性,有助于提高医护人员的专业水平和护理质量,改善患者的护理体验。Objective The purpose of this review is to establish a temperature management standard for surgical patients in PACU(anesthe-sia recovery room)through evidence-based nursing methods,and evaluate the application effect of this standard to improve the quality and safety of patient care.Method fFirstly,identify the key issues in preventing and managing hypothermia after anesthesia in PACU,and clari-fies the evidence-based nursing issue of"how to prevent and manage post anesthesia hypothermia,improve patient care quality and safety";Secondly,the four steps of adopting the evidence-based nursing model include evidence-based evidence retrieval,quality evaluation,evidence-based evidence synthesis,and evidence-based evidence dissemination,in order to obtain and organize relevant evidence-based evidence;Finally,based on the evidence obtained,a temperature management standard for PACU surgical patients was developed and applied to actual clinical practice to evaluate the effectiveness of the standard.Result Based on evidence-based research,a temperature management standard for PACU surgical patients was established,including specific measures for hypothermia risk assessment,temperature monitoring,temperature protection,and proper use of warming equipment.The effectiveness of standardized application is evaluated through continuous improvement of nursing quality and patient feedback.Conclusion The temperature management standards for PACU surgical patients are supported by scientific evidence-based evidence,ensuring the rationality and effectiveness of temperature management measures,which helps to improve the professional level and nursing quality of medical staff,and enhance the nursing experience of patients.
