摘 要:探讨了脑缺血再灌注损伤的多种机制,如细胞凋亡、细胞坏死、自噬及铁死亡等,特别是p53介导的坏死和自噬失控对神经细胞的损伤。重点研究了静脉麻醉药环泊酚和丙泊酚的神经保护作用,发现它们可通过AMPK等信号通路减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤,为开发新的治疗策略提供了理论依据。We explored various mechanisms of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,such as apoptosis,cell necrosis,autophagy and iron death,especially the damage of nerve cells caused by p53-mediated necrosis and uncontrolled autophagy.We focused on the neuroprotec-tive effects of the intravenous anesthetic cyclic and propofol and found that they could reduce cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury through signaling pathways such as AMPK,which provided a theoretical basis for the development of new therapeutic strategies.
