剖宫产术中子宫切口愈合质量的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的目的探讨剖宫产术中子宫切口愈合质量的影响因素。方法方法对90例剖宫产患者随机分组,实验组实施优化护理干预,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组在切口愈合时间、切口厚度及并发症发生率等方面的差异。结果结果实验组切口愈合时间显著缩短(P<0.05),切口厚度及愈合评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论结论优化护理干预通过改善手术操作、母体健康管理及术后护理措施,提升了剖宫产术后切口愈合质量。Objective To explore the influencing factors of the quality of uterine incision healing in cesarean section.Method 90 cases of cesarean section patients were randomly grouped,the experimental group implemented optimized nursing interventions,and the control group implemented conventional nursing,comparing the differences between the two groups in incision healing time,incision thickness and complication rate.Result The incision healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter(P<0.05),the incision thickness and healing score were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized nursing intervention enhanced the quality of incision healing after cesarean delivery by improving surgical opera-tion,maternal health management and postoperative nursing measures.
