摘　　要：目的目的探讨初产妇分娩镇痛时采取穴位按摩的临床效果,同时分析其对产程时间的影响。方法方法在我院于2023年7月至2024年7月期间,选择符合标准的初产妇,共计100例,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组则在此基础上增加穴位按摩。最终,对两组的镇痛效果、产程及新生儿评分进行比较分析。结果结果研究显示,观察组在缩短产程和提高新生儿质量方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且在镇痛效果上也表现出明显优势(P<0.05)。结论结论相较于传统护理方法,穴位按摩法具有更突出的效果,应考虑大范围推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupressure and analyze its effect on labor time.Method In our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024,100 cases were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases each.The con-trol group received routine care,and the observation group added acupressure massage on this basis.Finally,the analgesic effect,labor course and neonatal quality score were compared between the two groups.Result The study showed that the observation group was signifi-cantly better than the control group in shortening the labor process and improving the quality of newborns(P<0.05),and also showed signifi-cant advantages in the analgesic effect(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional nursing methods,acupoint massage method has a more prominent effect and should be considered widely applied.
