摘　　要：欧洲心脏病学会(European Society of Cardiology,ESC)于2024年8月30日发布了《2024年ESC血压升高和高血压管理指南》。该指南对2018年《动脉高血压管理指南》进行了更新,这一重要更新为引入血压升高的概念(120~139/70~89 mm Hg),并为大多数接受降压药物治疗的患者提出120~129 mm Hg的新收缩压治疗目标。此外,该指南在生活干预、高血压器械治疗等方面新增或修订了诸多内容。本文对该指南血压升高及高血压的定义和分类以及心血管疾病风险评估、诊断及病因、预防和治疗三大方面进行解读,并与2018年《动脉高血压管理指南》和2017年《ACC/AHA成人高血压的预防、检测、评估和管理指南》进行对比。The European Society of Cardiology(ESC)released the"2024 ESC guidelines for the management of elevated blood pressure and hypertension"on August 30,2024.This guideline updates the 2018"Guidelines for the management of arterial hypertension."One notable update is the introduction of the concept of"elevated blood pressure"(120-139/70-89 mm Hg).Additionally,a new systolic blood pressure target range of 120-129 mm Hg has been proposed for most patients receiving antihypertensive treatment.The guideline also includes numerous additions or revisions in areas such as non-pharmacological interventions and device-based treatments for hypertension.This article interprets the guideline's recommendations on definition and classification of elevated blood pressure and hypertension,and cardiovascular disease risk assessment,diagnosing hypertension and investigating underlying causes,preventing and treating elevated blood pressure and hypertension.We provide a comparison interpretation with the 2018"Guidelines for the management of arterial hypertension" and the "2017 ACC/AHA guideline on the prevention, detection, evaluation,and management of high blood pressure in adults."
