大学生创新创业教育与高等教育的“专创融合”模式探索——以西安电子科技大学为例

摘　　要：在创新驱动发展战略实施背景下,大学生创新创业教育对于提升学生创新意识与创业水平意义重大,已经成为高等教育的一块重要拼图。高等教育经过多年的发展,已经形成了较为完备的学科体系,各自具有相对固定的培养特点,创新创业教育作为新时代科教强国教育的新要求,与高等教育的融合问题成为了亟待解决的突出问题。二者融合过程中存在的限制和不足,在一定程度上影响了创新创业人才的培养成效。通过对高校创新创业教育现状和普遍问题进行分析,在此基础上对西安电子科技大学的创新创业教育实践进行归纳,总结提出了一种以构建系统化双创人才培养机制、构建“专创融合”教育模式和搭建创新创业支撑平台为主要要素的大学生创新创业教育与高等教育融合模式。期望为高校提供更全面和实践导向的双创教育体验,加深对双创教育与高等教育融合问题的理解,促进大学生创新创业能力的培养与发展。Under the background of implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development,innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students plays a significant role in enhancing students’innovation awareness and entrepreneurial levels,and has become an important component of higher education.After many years of development,higher education has established a relatively complete disciplinary system,each with its own relatively fixed training characteristics.However,innovation and entrepreneurship education,as a new requirement of the education of a strong country in science and education in the new era,poses an urgent challenge in its integration with higher education.The limitations and deficiencies in the process of integration to a certain extent have affected the effectiveness of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.This study analyzes the current situation and common problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,summarizes and presents a model that integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students at Xidian University,Xi’an,based on the construction of a systematic talent development mechanism,a“specialty integration”educational model,and the establishment of an innovation and entrepreneurship support platform.It is hoped that this model will provide universities with a more comprehensive and practice-oriented experience in entrepreneurial education,deepen the understanding of the integration of entrepreneurial education with higher education,and promote the cultivation and development of college students’innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.
